  February Hikes, March 5K February Hikes Robert Cushman Murphy County Park. The 2200 acre park has no marked entrance and has no trails. Our task is to build a sustainable trail system for the first county purchase of open space land.   Our goal is to open it's first trail by Earth Day. We have a 5 mile loop trail mapped out. We would love to have you join us on guided hikes. Wear good hiking shoes and tick protection. This is a work in progress. Join us on hikes in February. Work crews forming! Join the club! Run/Walk events start in March! We meet at 9am Wed. and Sun at  Calverton Ponds Preserve. We may have a second hike at 12:30 All may join us. at no charge.
